MyHomeAgent is a consumer-facing service of HomeyPoints. MyHomeAgent provides a public directory and contact pathway for property owners seeking local real estate agents.

HomeyPoints operates the agent-facing platform used for profile claims, account management, and paid real estate marketing services.

MyHomeAgent does not provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal, valuation, brokerage, collections, accounting, or financial advice.

Property owners are responsible for interviewing, evaluating, and selecting any agent they choose to contact.

Agent profiles may include public information supplied by agents, HomeyPoints records, or reviewed professional sources.

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their professional profile information and for complying with licensing, advertising, brokerage, MLS, and fair housing rules.
