Transactional Email

Transactional emails may include contact-request confirmations, support replies, profile-claim messages, security notices, and operational service updates.

Lifecycle and Education Email

HomeyPoints may send agent-facing lifecycle or education emails related to profile claims, agent marketing, AI search visibility, and account setup.

Unsubscribe

Marketing or education emails will include an unsubscribe path where required. Operational messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service.
