MyHomeAgent collects information property owners submit when searching for or contacting a real estate agent, including name, email, phone, location, search terms, and message details.

Public agent profile information may include an agent's name, brokerage, city, state, service area, website, public social links, public phone or email if approved, profile copy, and AI Search Member status where applicable.

We use information to operate the directory, route owner inquiries, support agents and property owners, prevent abuse, improve search quality, and maintain public profiles.

We do not sell private property-owner contact submissions as a standalone data product.

MyHomeAgent is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
